Delivery Timeline
Verification of credentials is a one-time process, explicitly on the first order placed.
Weekdays (Mon-Sat)
Orders between 7 PM - 9:30 AM (IST) may take up to 12 hours for delivery.
Non-Working Days
Orders may take 24 to 36 hours for verification and delivery.
Note: Sundays & National Holidays as per Indian Calendar are not counted as working days.
Service Specifications
In the Music Composition service, once the song has been composed, any demand for further changes in instrumentation or length will not be honored.
- Standard Custom Karaoke: 80% similarity to original. Interlude is taken from the original song.
- Minus One Karaoke: 100% similarity. Created from scratch, including interludes.
Refunds & Replacements
If a product description is inaccurate or lead vocals are present, the track will be replaced. Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Tracks purchased by mistake and downloaded.
- Claims regarding audio quality (samples are provided for evaluation).
No cash refunds are provided. Genuine claims result in coupon codes of equivalent value for future use.
